36 year old lady who we saw originally back in July 2012. Had been sterilised in 2002 with clips. Had 2 previous pregnancies, one with IVF. With a new partner. Had a reversal of her sterilisation in July 2012. In June 2013 the patient underwent a HSG (x-ray of the tubes) as had not been successful in getting pregnant. Contacted the patient this week who informed us she was now 29 weeks pregnant!
